This graphic was used for print ads in local newspapers and for posters. The inspired high contrast fire escape photograph was taken in 1976 on north Front Street in downtown Wilmington. It was subsequently used as the primary visual in a twisted "artists book" by Walsak in 1983 which was logically titled "Fire Escape."
